Flaming Lips release Space Oddity Cover

The Flaming Lips have shared the video for their cover of David Bowie's ‘Space Oddity.’

In February, they covered the song in tribute to Bowie as part of a medley of his greatest hits.

Filmed at Crestwood Vineyard Church in Oklahoma City, the video features two nuns delivering flowers to a grave while the band perform to a congregation of sad-looking grey balloons.

The Flaming Lips also took part in in the first ‘Music of David Bowie’ tribute concert at Carnegie Hall where Wayne Coyne sang ‘Life on Mars?’ while sitting atop Chewbacca's shoulders.
