VNZMAs celebrate NZ Music

Music was most definitely the winner on the night of the VNZMAs. held at Spark Arena yesterday evening.

A series of performances punctuated the proceedings from the likes of Teeks, Lorde, Devilskin and Stellar's lovely tribute to Legacy Award winner, Sharon O'Neill's hit single 'Maxine'.

Flying Nun/4AD artist Aldous Harding won best breakthrough act and best alternative artist, but  was unable to claim her awards due to playing a soldout gig in Brussels.

Lorde took away six awards including best album, best single, International Achievement Award and also the People's Choice Award.
