KIWI MUSIC ICON VINCE HARDER TO RELEASE NEW EP ‘COLOURS’

Vince Harder is set to release his new EP Colours on July 27. This self-produced six-track EP brings together some of his biggest influences growing up as well as his current, new sound which is reflected in his most recent single ‘Sugar Coated’.

The melodic currency in Colours is rich and vibrant. The title track demonstrates this best with a modern take on timing and rhythm. ‘Sweetest Vibe’ and ‘Vintage Blue’ mix both the 60s and 90s together with soulful production combined with strong RnB vocals. This is balanced with the emotional ballad ‘Not Gonna Let Go’ and the vivacious first single ‘Sugar Coated’.

Over the past decade Harder has covered all things performing arts with his involvement in song writing, production, artist development, management and musical theatre.

Vince has been involved with an array of chart topping songs, three #1 hits, including the timeless house party hit with P Money, 'Everything'.  Vince has twice won ‘Best Male Artist’ at the Vodafone Pacific Music Awards, along with ‘Best Urban Artist’ and ‘Best Producer’.

He also picked up the APRA Maioha award – which celebrates excellence in popular Māori composition – for writing the Te Reo-chart dominating hit 'Aotearoa'  with Stan Walker and Troy Kingi, which also features Ria Hall and Maisey Rika.
